New coordinator for SCI International Archives

The 71st International Committee Meeting of Service Civil International (SCI) in Wépion (Belgium) did welcome Heinz Gabathuler today as new coordinator of SCI Archives.

In May the longstanding archives coordinator Philipp Rodriguez announced to retire as coordinator of the international archives by the end of 2011. He will now replaced by Heinz Gabathuler, who has been active for SCI in different functions in the last 15 years. As historian he has been following and supporting the archives projects already for many years.

By the end of 2011 his term as member of the International Executive Committee of SCI ends. He looks forward to continue the work in the archives. Philipp Rodriguez is happy to hand over the archives to a competent and motivated SCI activist. Philipp stays active for SCI Archives in mainting its website.
